About the event
Join Amanda Claudio of Let The Energy Flow 24 and Alicia Barnett of Terra Luna for an evening of guided hypnosis and soothing sound. Amanda will guide you through a visualization designed to explore a connection with your spirit guide, while Alicia creates a calming sound bath to support relaxation and reflection.
Set an intention, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be curious about what comes forward—whether that’s an image, a feeling, or a quiet moment of clarity. There is no need to force an experience. Simply give yourself permission to rest, receive, and explore.
