I spent 21 years working in retail, feeling trapped and searching for something more meaningful in life. I didn't realize how significantly stress and mental health could impact physical well-being. I was constantly dealing with various physical issues. In February 2024, I launched Let The Energy Flow 24, dedicating the past year to learning and enhancing my skills. My journey began with Reiki, which I loved so much that I decided to leave my long-standing job to start my own business. I then explored other forms of alternative therapy and became board certified in Hypnotherapy. This practice can aid in weight loss, addiction, pain relief, and addressing childhood trauma. I also incorporate fun elements, such as guiding clients to meet their spirit guides or facilitating past life regressions. Additionally, I am certified in biomagnetism, a method to restore balance in the body to combat disease. I've also started using a pendulum to eliminate any blockages that may hinder individuals from reaching their full potential. Throughout my journey this year, I discovered that many physical ailments have an emotional underlying cause. My mission with Let The Energy Flow 24 is to explore alternative healing methods for both physical and emotional wounds. I aim to create a safe space where people can work on their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
